Our mission

KNJ Associates. was set up in the year 2000 by our managing partner, Mr. K. N. Jha as a 2 member firm to service clients, primarily in the field of audit and taxation. We have over the last more than 15 years , evolved beyond the statutory audit and tax practice and have carved a significant position in India’s audit and allied sector carrying an image of a bearer of uncompromising professional standards and ethics.

We are today a 10 member firm , with our primary office at New Delhi and our service offerings include Investment Consultancy, Risk Advisory, Tax Advisory, Corporate Advisory and Outsourcing. Our clients include listed and non-listed companies and cover a broad spectrum of industries ranging from textiles, construction, power, retail, commodities, healthcare, insurance, hospitality, media and information technology.

With India poised for playing a major role in the growth of the world economy, we are well positioned to take on the rising demand for audit and allied services from the domestic as well as the overseas companies.

Our Team
Our team consists of highly qualified and experienced chartered accountant and other professionals, working in tandem to achieve "Total Customer Satisfaction". The Motto of our team is CPI - Customer Satisfaction, Professionalism & Integrity. The team works under the able guidance of our partners Mr. Ashish Ahuja & Mrs. Varsha Ahuja who have experience of over a decade.

Krishna Nand Jha:
One of the founding partners of the firm, Mr. Krishna Nand Jha heads the International tax, Income tax, Transfer Pricing practice, Tax Financial Planning and Business set-up services besides being involved in the other services of the firm, such as Project Financing & PE Funding services. Mr. Jha is also responsible for handling Corporate and Multinational clients across a wide range of industries.
